An institution is not made by mere bricks & stones, “but by the strong character and integrity it instills in its students" It is an honour and privilege to be the Principal of Kirpal Sagar Academy, a school that is in the world league labels India’s most respected Boarding School, the school that stands for excellence and continuously sets the highest standards the school that is an alma mater which all alumni look back to with fond memories. The purpose of school Education is to stimulate in young people the belief that life is worth living. Beyond mere academics and examinations, exposure to sports, cultural pursuits and a life of need all adding upto the vital life skills of acquiring an independent contemporary world view.

“Continuous effort – not strength or intelligence is the key to unlocking our potential.” These words truly encapsulate her dedication and vision.

Mrs. P. S. V. Easwar Laxmi is a lady of extraordinary virtues and versatility, the Principal of the institution, is an academician who leaves behind a tale of perseverance professionalism and progress. Her perseverance, diligence and conscientiousness, besides her charismatic nature, brought her into limelight.

Today, a person to be reckoned with, she has won the hearts of not only the Management but also of the students and their parents. As an able administrator her acumen enabled her to leave no stone unturned to make this school a model school in India. Difficult exigencies and trying circumstances did not water her undaunted spirit.

She had made Kirpal Sagar a platform where students imbibe values, morals, a strong sense of India and the roots of the Indian culture, today she has carved a niche for herself due to her foresight, determination and courage of convictions. With the perennial support and guidance of the school Management and committed staff members, she earned another feather in the cap of the renewal of the ISO certification of the school.

Apart from these facets of her personality, she is also sensitive to the social needs of that part of society which requires special emphasis. She is an active member of Biji Surinder Kaur welfare society. Her commitment towards excellence was further recognized when the + 2 students of the school got seats in MBBS/BDS/Aeronautics/Law/Bio Tech/BFA.

She is not only an administrator but a lady to be epitomized who believes in empowering her staff with personal involvement in the affairs of the school.

Her philosophy - The Purpose of school education is to stimulate in young minds the belief that life is worth living beyond mere academics and examinations, exposure to sports, cultural pursuits and a life of mind, all adding upto the vital life skills of acquiring an independent contemporary world view. She is associated in the process of quality education to make the children responsible in their abilities, learn aspect of life building man-making, leadership, character development and assimilation of ideas in a climate of care which leads to what is known as holistic education. She establishes clear directions sets stretching goals and assigns responsibilities that bring out the best work. Our children who are constant companions, affable and endearing keep her busy and cheerful. For her every child is unique and he/she is to be respected and loved for his/her uniqueness.

She is a monitoring personality. Her name is recommended for Ambassador of world peace. She is the recipient of two prestigeous Awards.
